Rooms are super comfy and cozy with 20ft ceilings. Loved the bathrobe, coffee machine, and private bathroom. Soundproofing was on point, couldn't hear a thing from the wedding downstairs. Great outdoor patios and a tiny rooftop pool. Santisimo Restaurant was the best for dinner. Really good location near the castle and restaurants.

The property is nicely renovated, with extraordinary service-minded staff at the reception desk. the location is magnificent, close to Old San Juan attractions, many restaurants, and sightseeing venues. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the Museum of Art and History. the tapas restaurant was great for all meals.

Staff and location at that gorgeous hotel were amazing. The room was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and bathrobes in the bathroom. The breakfast was superb, the check in was early. Also, I parked on site.

the hotel had an unbeatable and good location close to casa blanca museum.

This venue is spotless and offers a stunning view of the bay, in a fantastic location close to Parque Las Palomas and within walking distance to all attractions.

Location, premises. Bicycles can be rented for 2 hours. Great courtyard

initially no internet in the room, but it was repaired. No breakfast for this high price included. Room was cleaned only on request. Air conditioning very, very loud. If you stop it and open windows, noise from the A/C comes from other rooms outside.

The place has a great central location near a modern square, and the room we stayed in was stylish and spacious.

Gorgeous ambiance, beautiful interiors. We were surrounded by beauty. Great location, in the middle of old town.

The treatment of the staff is excellent and very willing to help. In addition, it is excellent that they have one hour of cheese and wine and water, coffee, tea and fruit available 24 hours a day.

When I went to get my bus at the hotel valet parking lot I noticed that all the belongings in my vehicle's drawers were lying on the seat. Also, they had searched and left everything lying on the back seat. If they had closed the vehicle this would not have happened. The previous night the lights went out for about an hour and a half and supposedly the cameras can't see anything because the incident occurred when the lights were out. I didn't want to make any complaints, as the staff was very willing to help me pick up everything. They asked me to fill out an incident sheet. The staff gave me water and gatorade in what I expected. Also, they offered me food from the restaurant, apologized for the incident, and removed my valet parking charge.

The rooms have nice art and a balcony with a "Magnificent view" 😍. The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

The staff was wonderful. I fell as I got off the taxi and they took care of me in a wonderful manner. As a solo traveler the experience of falling could have been very frightening and they were absolutely wonderful making sure I was all right and checking on me later during the day. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The eclectic charm of the place. The building and decor are really splendid. The location in old San Juan is excellent. The selectopn of beers at the Pizza and beer bar are amazing. The food there is also very good. We got the room well under then posted price so it was well worth the money. This a real gem.

The restaurants for supper were a bit blah but there are plenty of really good restaurants near by.

The location of the hotel was stunning and gorgeous, just a 10-15 minute walk from a lovely tree-lined promenade. the venue is set in a charming area. - We were upgraded to a superior room. - the breakfast was superb and delicious.
